Training and further education

Our occupational safety team not only actively assists our customers in the context of safety-related support in accordance with the German Occupational Safety Act (ASiG), but also supports them in many areas of occupational safety and health protection. Not only our customers benefit from our many years of experience in occupational safety, we also offer individually tailored training programs for their employees in the field of occupational safety and health protection. In addition to providing practical knowledge, the core objective of our in-house training programs is in particular to provide know-how so that your employees know and can implement their duties in occupational health and safety (help for self-help).

Within the framework of in-house training in the form of short seminars (approx. 4 hours), we offer support in redesigning the risk assessment or the instruction system, among other things. However, the main focus of our continuing education programs are the topics "Occupational safety for managers" and "Preparation of risk assessments - seven steps to the goal" (16-20 hours).
In addition to short seminars, we offer further training opportunities in the form of stand-alone courses for those with a more in-depth interest in occupational safety and health. Together with our partner, the Georg Agricola University of Applied Sciences in Bochum (THAG Bochum), we train occupational safety specialists (Sifa) and safety officers (Sibe) and qualified persons, e.g. for testing ladders and steps.

A central point in the training is the rights and duties of managers in occupational safety. Using several models, such as the 3-barrier (occupational) safety system and the control loop of occupational safety, future managers are optimally prepared for their operational tasks in occupational safety, which result from the relevant laws. These include, for example, the Occupational Health and Safety Act (ArbSchG) or the General Federal Mining Ordinance (ABBergV). In addition, our training programs focus on the preparation and maintenance of risk assessments and their systematic and efficient integration into the operational process and organizational structure. In this way, we create legal certainty for companies in the areas of risk assessments, operating instructions and instructions. We advise our customers in the seminar preparation phase and adapt the contents individually to the needs of our customers.

Training as a safety officer (Sibe) or occupational safety specialist (Sifa)

Together with our partner, the Georg Agricola University of Applied Sciences in Bochum (THAG Bochum), we train occupational safety specialists (Sifa), among others. In addition to modern training concepts and efficient enabling didactics, we also attach great importance to practical relevance and offer, for example, additional training opportunities for qualifying persons to test ladders and steps. On this basis, we also train safety officers (Sibe) who can optimally support our customers in their occupational safety tasks.
